How ReadWith Works

Write your reactions and quote the passages that struck you. Your notes only appear to people who’ve read the same section. Read at your own pace without worrying about ruining it for others.

Step 4:
Use Notes to Fuel Real Conversations

Reference each other’s notes on group calls. The best discussions start with “Tell me more about what you wrote here.”

Step 5:
Keep Your Notes for Your Second Read

Great books are worth re-reading. When it’s time to revisit the book later, you’ll be able to read your book again using your past self as your reading companion. Or, if some of your friends want to read this book as well at another time, you’ll be able to share your notes with them, again, no spoilers.

How many people can join my book club?
Up to 10. This keeps discussions focused and makes sure everyone’s voice is heard.

Do participants have to pay too?
No. Only the organizer pays. Your participants join for free.

It this just for the reading group or for purchasing the book as well?
Each participant needs their own copy of the book to participate in the reading group. Using ReadWith allows all participants to share the notes they record about the book.

Do I need to already have people in mind?
It helps, but you can set up the club first and invite people later. Think about your team, your peers, or leaders in your network.

What if people read at different speeds?
